FACTS:

The four components of your mind are always trying to protect you, however at times, the way they do can end up negatively impacting you

Your beliefs and habits, once formed, are hardwired into your subconscious mind and become your automatic response to experiences in your life (your ‘autopilot’)

Because you are generally not aware of them, or how they formed, you are not able to change them at the conscious level

Your beliefs are your truth in any given minute, despite not always being true. You never live in reality, only in your perception of it

You bring in sensory data from your environment through your five senses and then process that data through your mind. If you have limiting beliefs about yourself, others and/or the world, they will negatively impact how you perceive that event, person, place, thing or circumstance and therefore your experience of it

Your beliefs directly impact your thoughts. Your thoughts generate your emotions in your subconscious mind which turns into feelings in your unconscious mind

The only problem a person has is a feeling they don’t want to feel

Is Hypnosis Safe?

Hypnosis is 100% safe. It is a naturally occurring state that you have experienced hundreds, if not thousands, of times in your life

In hypnosis, you remain fully aware at all times. It is comparable to a daydream state. The hypnotist is like a tour guide of your mind that can lead you if you choose to follow their instructions

Hypnosis is a consensual state. The hypnotist can not force you to think, do or believe anything you don’t want to

The hypnotist can not make you say or do anything. You can lie and/or withhold information

All levels of mind have protective function so if there is anything you don’t like, you will come out of hypnosis instantly

Can everyone be hypnotized?

Anyone with a normal level of intelligence, that is able to focus and follow instructions, can be hypnotized

The only thing that prevents a person from going into hypnosis is fear. Accordingly, we take time before the first session to explain in detail what it is so you can completely understand and therefore release any fear
